The accommodation
Bed and bath linen are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability).

The accommodation comprises :
* A living room with television and two sofas, and a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people.
* A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils).
* A master bedroom with double bed (140200), closet, bedside tables and lamps, and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
* A second bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160200), closet, bedside tables and lamps.
* A third bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160*200), closet, bedside tables and lamps, desk and fan.
* A shower room with shower, washbasins, hairdryer and heated towel rail
* 2 separate WCs
* A scullery with a washing machine, tancarville and ironing equipment

Outside:
* A swimming pool heated to 27°C in summer (July & August) and a solar shower. Dates may be subject to change depending on independent factors.
* 100 m² terrace with 4 deckchairs, 6 garden chairs, table and plancha grill
* A garden area in the middle of the pine trees, with some overlooking from the neighborhood.

Please note: We would like to point out to travelers that parties are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and the neighboring house.

You will be able to park two to three vehicles within the property.
