Welcome to our charming single-storey house with swimming pool, located in Bois de Céné, a village of 2,000 inhabitants just a 15-minute drive from Challans.

This newly-built 150m² house, with its 1500m² garden, is tastefully decorated and equipped with new, high-quality furnishings.
It has a lovely garden with a swimming pool and a terrace with everything you need to enjoy the sunny days (hammock, garden furniture, etc.).

This is the ideal place for a family get-together in the peace and quiet of the countryside, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Please note: The pool is open from May to September, depending on weather conditions (if temperatures are too cool, the pool cannot be heated).

We would like to point out to travelers that this accommodation is not suitable for large parties or evenings too late to respect the location. The house is located in a hamlet with neighboring properties.

- A fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fry pan, cutlery and cooking utensils)
- Master bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, storage unit, towel rail), dressing area and separate toilet.
- A second bedroom with Queen-size bed, bedside tables and lamps
- A third bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, and an umbrella bed
- A second bathroom with shower, double basins, storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer and mirror
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
- 2 separate WCs

Outside:
- Spacious enclosed garden with 18 m² outdoor pool, 100 m² terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, dining table and barbecue
- An enclosed outdoor swimming pool with bubble cover and alarm system.

Possibility of parking 3 vehicles in the grounds of the accommodation.
