Charmante maison au cœur de Dinard

Welcome to our charming house in the center of Dinard, at the end of a small flower-lined driveway, accessible only on foot, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.

This charming stone house was built on a former plot of land that once included a large mansion and its own stables. The stables were converted into accommodation with a small outdoor area, followed by the construction of other small houses with terraces.

THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF :

🔹A large living room with dining table, sideboard and sitting area with sofa and TV and kitchen open to the living room (oven, coffee machine, kettle, vitro ceramic hob, all kitchen utensils)
🔹 A laundry area with a washing machine and WC.

UPSTAIRS:

🔹Two bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200) and built-in closet.
🔹A modern bathroom with a shower, basin and storage unit, towel dryer and WC (sani broyeur)

OUTSIDE:

The terrace, on the front of the house is south-facing, is entirely wooden and filled with flowering trees which gives a very bucolic setting, you'll find a garden table, chairs and parasol. It is closed by a small white gate.

🚗 The accommodation is not accessible by car, only on foot, you'll need to park in the parallel streets.
