About Guest Adom
Founded in 2018, Guest Adom is an estate agency offering a short-term concierge and rental management service.
Guest Adom enables owners to rent out their principal or secondary residence during their absences (weekends, holidays, business trips, etc.) or their rental investment, in complete security, in order to increase the value of their property and supplement their income.
Our teams of professionals support homeowners throughout the rental process.
Guest Adom relieves owners of their obligations as hosts by offering a personalised solution that is both convenient and efficient.
Our history
A member of the national MAISON et SERVICES network, Théo DENIAU wanted to transfer his expertise in home maintenance to the Airbnb accommodation and seasonal concierge sector.
After providing a number of cleaning services for independent concierge services
that Théo wanted to set up his own business in the sector, by
by professionalising the operational process.
His leitmotiv:
- To enable all owners to rent out their property, whatever it is, in complete security, so that they can generate additional income.
