Welcome to our atypical house in the heart of downtown Challans, 15 minutes by car from Saint Jean de Monts and Saint Gilles de Croix de Vie.
This large 333 m² house, with its 500 m² of greenery, will be the ideal place for your family to get together.
The accommodation
- Le + : 160m² of living space with indoor swimming pool heated to 28°.
- Atypical, spacious house with rooms arranged around the pool area.
- Fully equipped (TV, Wifi, coffee maker, oven, crockery, washing machine....)
- Cleaning on departure included
- Pets accepted according to breed
Bed and bath linen are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability).
Accommodation on several floors, not accessible for PRM and not suitable for small children. When you enter the house, you are on level 1.
PLEASE NOTE: As the house is located right in the center of town, late-night parties are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and the neighboring dwellings. It is also forbidden to set up sound equipment with bass.
Level 1:
- A fully-equipped kitchen (crockery and cutlery for 10 people, dolce gusto coffee maker, freezer and fridge, kettle, deep fryer, dishwasher, 2 raclette machines...)
- A cosy lounge area with pellet stove (pellets supplied by the owner), double sofa bed, armchairs, television.
Please note: daylight is available for those sleeping on the sofa bed.
- Dining room with large table for 10 people
- utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board & tancarville
- A bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), a desk with chair and lamp, a DVD player and DVDs available, as well as multiple shelves (this room is a former office). This room faces the street and may be noisy.
- A small shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Master bedroom with Queen-size bed & television. This room, separated by a curtain, opens onto a large bathroom with a double shower, bath and 2 basins.

- An area with 1 sofa, 1 dressing room and 1 separate WC
- The pool area with an 8m x 6m swimming pool (48m²), a relaxation area with armchairs, sofa and deckchairs, and a kitchenette ideal for preparing cocktails.
PLEASE NOTE:
As the pool is indoors in an open space, the house smells of chlorine. Humidity is also present in the house. The heating and dehumidification system generates noise when in operation.
Some rooms have no shutters, and can let in daylight.
Outside:
- You can enjoy the terrace with a large table seating 10, as well as a barbecue and lawn area.
Please note: the outside area has a small pond with water.
- You can park 4 vehicles in front of the house (street side).

For your convenience, a cleaning service is available. This includes cleaning of your accommodation on departure.
