Welcome to our large family home with heated pool in summer, located less than 100m from the 5 pineaux beach.
The accommodation
With a surface area of 189m², this home can accommodate up to 12 people, thanks to its 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms.
Benefiting from 1000m² of landscaped grounds with a naturally heated swimming pool (thanks to its dome) in summer, and a lovely sunny terrace, this house is ideal for enjoying fine weather.
Please note: the pool is heated in April, May, June, September and October. In July and August, the dome heats the pool naturally.

Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability).

PLEASE NOTE: As the house is located in a residential area, parties and late nights are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and the neighboring dwellings.
For security reasons, the property is equipped with a remote surveillance system on the outside (garden side).

The accommodation comprises - On the first floor :
- A first bright living room opening onto the terrace, equipped with TV, Bluetooth speaker, sofa, armchairs and fireplace (wood not supplied).
- A large dining area with tables and 12 chairs
- A second lounge with pool table, video projector and children's games
In both lounges, you'll be able to connect to your favorite platforms (Netflix, Canal +, Disney +, Amazon, Spotify and Youtube).
- A fully-equipped closed kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, deep fryer, dishwasher, all necessary cooking utensils)
- One bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed, plus games for children
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) with bedside tables and lamps, opening directly onto the garden terrace
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with table and bedside lamp, opening directly onto the garden terrace
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, storage unit and WC
- 1 separate WC

First floor:
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200), office space (ideal for telecommuting) and sea view
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and a sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and storage unit
- 1 separate toilet

Outside:
- A sunny terrace with outdoor table, chairs, parasol and Weber gas barbecue/plancha
- Heated swimming pool and outdoor shower with 7 chiliennes and big bag-type floating poufs, a children's swing, an adult swing, a hammock and a children's hut.
Please note: the pool is open from April to October (dates may be subject to change depending on independent factors). It is heated in April, May, June, September and October. In July and August, the dome system heats the pool naturally.
Pool dimensions: 10x3.75m - 1.52m deep.
Failure to comply with pool use regulations will result in a minimum charge of €600 incl. VAT.

- 1 three-seater inflatable kayak & 1 inflatable paddle with 2 adult lifejackets and 1 child lifejacket
Travelers are responsible for their own equipment. Travelers must check the general condition of the equipment before using it. The owner cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by the use or condition of the equipment provided free of charge.
