This beautiful house of 150m² and 1000 m² of land is located 15 minutes by car from the 1st beaches and 10 minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie. It's an ideal place to gather with family or friends.

🏡THIS ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:

A main building:

• A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, kitchen utensils;
  
• A living room with TV, DVD player, games, coffee table and sofas. Please note: the fireplace is not usable.
• A dining area with a table (with extension), 10 chairs, a high chair, an area with a small sofa and a games table with table football/billiards;
• A first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), bedside table and lamp, and chest of drawers; an umbrella bed with mattress.
• A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200), TV, desk, chair, closet, bedside tables and lamps;

• An indoor pool (dimensions 4x8m - depth approx. 1m40) heated year-round with deckchairs and large picture windows opening onto a terrace. The pool is located between the house and the outbuilding. You have to cross the pool area to access the outbuilding.

An exterior comprising a large garden and 3 terraces all around the house (1000 m² of land):

• Garden furniture, a large table with ten chairs, a brick barbecue, outdoor games (boules and molky) & 1 parasol;
• A small table with 4 chairs on the terrace level of the outbuilding.
