It comprises four separate bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200 cm), offering quiet and comfortable spaces, and two bedrooms with single beds (80 x 190 cm), perfect for children or accompanying guests. The sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements while maintaining a convivial space for getting together.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay in complete independence: cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and complete set of crockery, including wine glasses for moments of sharing. The accommodation also includes bed linen and towels, radiators, a television, WiFi and hot water, ensuring optimal comfort in all seasons. The two shower rooms make organisation much easier, especially when staying with others.

Outside, the private patio is a pleasant extension of the living space and is perfect for al fresco dining thanks to the barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments. Pets are welcome at an additional cost, so everyone can bring their furry friends on holiday. A laundrette is available on site and the well-lit entrance ensures easy and secure arrivals, even in the evening.
