• Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140x200)
• Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140x200) and its private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and double sink
• Bedroom 5 with a queen-size bed (160x200), a private toilet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower

Outside, you’ll have access to a large, fenced-in green space of 3,000 m², ideal for your children and pets. You’ll also find outdoor furniture on the paved area in front of the house. There, you can enjoy your meals in the shade of the trees, in an authentic and soothing setting accompanied by the song of cicadas.

From May 1 to September 15, you can also enjoy a magnificent 9x6-meter unheated outdoor pool with a California-style beach area, and a fully equipped pool house featuring a summer kitchen, a griddle, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

To enhance your stay, the property features a private boules court and provides a Molkky set as well as pétanque balls for enjoying fun times with family or friends.

Parking spaces are available in the courtyard at the front of the house.
