• A second bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (120 x 190), suitable for a child. It also has its own bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.
• A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
• A separate toilet.

On the first floor:
• A third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200).
• A fourth bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and its own private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double sink.
• A fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a private toilet, and an adjoining bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower.
• A separate toilet.
