Outside, you'll find an 800-square-meter fenced-in garden with a barbecue and a large 120-square-meter terrace with a table and six chairs at the front of the house, and another table with two additional chairs on the side of the house. From this second outdoor dining area, you’ll have access to an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas stove and a sink. Finally, a wood-fired cooking area at the back of the garden will allow you to fully enjoy your outdoor meals.

The property is ideally located for exploring the surrounding nature, with hiking trails accessible directly on foot from the property. About a 20-minute drive away, the Bassin Bleu, the Grand Étang, the Bassin Thérèse, and the Rivière des Marsouins offer wonderful opportunities for kayaking and exploring the water and forest, in a setting perfect for relaxation.

For everyday conveniences, a bakery, bar, and café are about a 13-minute drive away, while a restaurant and a supermarket are a 15- to 20-minute drive away. The Saint-Benoît market, where you’ll find fruits, vegetables, and local products from the eastern part of the island, is an 18-minute drive from the property.
