The accommodation will be ready upon your arrival: cleaned, with linens (sheets and towels) provided for the duration of your stay, supplies provided (coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, bottles of Breton cider), and Wi-Fi access

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A cozy and comfortable living room furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a TV—perfect for getting together and sharing good times.
• A dining room open to the living room, with a large table and 10 chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together.
• A fully equipped open kitchen where you can cook just like at home: refrigerator, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cutlery.
• The Ambre Suite, a true haven for rest, features a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a closet for easy storage of your belongings.
• A bathroom equipped with a shower, double sinks, and a hair dryer, for added daily comfort.
• Separate restroom
• A spacious and fully equipped laundry room with a double sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, a refrigerated wine cooler, and a large storage closet.

Please note: Gas cylinders are provided in the garage for use with the gas stove.

On the first floor:
• A cozy little landing lounge with a sofa and TV, offering an additional space to relax in peace.
• The Emerald Bedroom, soft and inviting, equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a closet.
• The Azure Bedroom, comfortable and restful, with a double bed (140 x 200).
• The “Chambre Outremer,” ideal for guests of all ages, features a double bed (140 x 200), two single beds (90 x 200), and a closet.
• A comfortable family bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink, and a hair dryer.

Outside, you’ll find an 800 m² fenced-in property with a Outside, enjoy a beautiful, fully fenced-in 800 m² property and a large tiled patio—a true living space for sunny days. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue invite you to share meals and relax outdoors. Three bicycles are also available for you to explore the town and its surroundings.

Finally, up to 5 vehicles can be parked on the property, between the garage and the house’s courtyard.

Just a 2-minute bike ride away, the Dunes Equestrian Center will delight horseback riding enthusiasts, offering the chance to explore the surrounding area on horseback. A 5-minute drive or 8-minute bike ride away, Kerhillio Beach is the perfect spot to relax by the ocean. Renowned as a beach for board sports, it’s ideal for surfing, sand yachting, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding. There’s a surf school on site, and you can rent surfboards or paddleboards there.

Just a 4-minute drive or a 6-minute bike ride away, you’ll find a mini-golf course, as well as bars and restaurants. Finally, the Kerzerho stone alignments and the Carnac Prehistoric Museum immerse visitors in an exceptional megalithic heritage, characteristic of this region of Brittany, which is focused on tourism and the sea.

For everyday life, everything you need is within easy reach: a bar to start your day, a bakery for fresh bread, a restaurant for a delicious meal, and a supermarket for groceries—all within a ten-minute walk.
