• A home office, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or working in peace.
• A fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies, ensuring a comfortable stay.

On the first floor:
• A bright suite decorated in shades of yellow, featuring a double bed (140 x 200), a large closet, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
• A third suite designed as a true cocoon, with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet.
• A final suite perfect for relaxation, featuring a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a bathtub that invites you to slow down and savor moments of tranquility. It also includes an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A baby bathtub is provided for the comfort of little ones.

Outside, make the most of the fully fenced, private 1,293 m² property—a true oasis of greenery designed for enjoying sunny days. Garden furniture, a table for 8 people, and lounge chairs are at your disposal for al fresco dining, moments of relaxation, and afternoons in the sun.
A barbecue is provided so you can extend your evenings with convivial outdoor meals.
From May through late October, the private outdoor pool (unheated), measuring 6 x 3 m, invites you to swim and relax under the Provençal sun.

You can park up to 4 vehicles in front of the house.
