The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay, and basic supplies are provided to get you started. The studio has Wi-Fi access, and check-in is completely self-service.

Depending on your needs, a studio and a one-bedroom apartment are also available, making it possible to accommodate groups who wish to stay together while maintaining everyone’s independence.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 people and is laid out as follows:

A shared, fenced-in outdoor area of 100 m² invites you to make the most of sunny days, featuring garden furniture, lounge chairs, outdoor seating, and an al fresco dining area—perfect for sharing a meal or simply relaxing.

A spa featuring a hot tub and sauna, shared by all three units, opens onto an inner courtyard. One session is complimentary for stays of 2 nights or more; for longer stays or single-night stays, a fee of €15 per hour is charged for 2 people. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort at the spa.

Exploring the Surroundings:
Nestled in the countryside, this property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Nature lovers will enjoy the quarry pond, just a 4-minute drive away, perfect for a hike, while the old kilns at La Butte Rouge are only 5 minutes away. Further afield, Lake Bagnoles-de-l’Orne and its thermal baths (18 min), the La Ferté-Macé recreation center (16 min), and the medieval town and castle of Domfront (14 min) round out a wonderful array of activities. The Bonvouloir Tower and the town of Flers are also less than a 25-minute drive away.
