The apartment will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided to get you started: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, tea, and dishwasher tablets. The property has Wi-Fi access.

A dedicated concierge will be on hand to welcome you and will remain available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The property accommodates up to 8 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A warm and inviting living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200) that can comfortably accommodate additional guests. A coffee table and a television complete this space, perfect for relaxing.
• A dining room that opens onto the living room, featuring an extendable table that easily adapts to the number of guests. Six chairs are provided, and four additional folding chairs are available for you to enjoy lovely meals with family or friends.
• A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals just like at home: oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. A raclette machine is also available—perfect for extending your evenings with a convivial meal.
• A separate restroom.

On the first floor:
• A master bedroom on the mezzanine level, furnished with a wooden double bed (140 x 200) and a closet. Open and connected to the second bedroom as well as the living area, it retains the warm and unique character of the home. Duvets and pillows are also provided on-site.
• A second bedroom that connects to the master bedroom and is separated from it by a curtain. It features two wooden bunk beds, providing a convenient sleeping area for children or additional guests.
• A functional bathroom equipped with a bathtub, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine, providing everything you need during your stay.

Outside, a 10 m² private balcony serves as a pleasant extension of the apartment and lets you enjoy some time outdoors.

Parking spaces are available right outside the building, along the road. A large parking lot is also nearby, about a 3- to 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Nestled between the countryside and the mountains, the apartment offers quick access to the Gréolières les Neiges ski lifts, just a 7-minute walk away—ideal for ski enthusiasts and outdoor lovers. The surrounding area is also brimming with natural attractions: the viewpoint on the Gréolières-les-Neiges road, a 4-minute drive away; the Monts d’Azur Nature Reserve, 15 minutes away; the Saut du Loup waterfalls, 32 minutes away; and the Saint-Cézaire Cave, 54 minutes away. For a more urban getaway, Nice and the beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer are just over an hour away.
Hiking enthusiasts can also enjoy the many trails that crisscross the area, winding through mountain landscapes, forests, and natural panoramas. It’s a wonderful opportunity to explore Gréolières and its surroundings on foot, at the pace of the great outdoors.

Daily life is made easier by a supermarket just a 4-minute walk away and a restaurant an 8-minute walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without any logistical hassles.

To help you plan your excursions and activities in the region, the Gréolières tourist information office is a 19-minute drive away and will be happy to guide you based on your interests.
