The property is ready for your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic toiletries are provided only at the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, and tea. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and is laid out as follows:

• A pleasant and practical bathroom, equipped with a bathtub with a shower screen and curtain, a sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet, to meet all your needs during your stay.

Outside, you’ll love the 6 m² south-facing balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. Furnished with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast al fresco or take a relaxing break.

Finally, a private parking space is reserved for you in a secure parking lot—accessible by key card and located right in front of the condominium—ensuring a peaceful stay.
