Welcome to our Sekoya Villa: a 115m² architect-designed house built in 2015, with a modern, tasteful decor, quality furnishings and 4-star Meublé de Tourisme classification.

Ideal location: right next to La Noëveillard beach, the Golf course, Pornic town center and its shops and restaurants: you can do it all on foot or by bike!
Nearby activities: golf, beaches and wild creeks, hiking trails, sailing courses, boat rentals, small shops, markets, flea markets, etc...
This house is the perfect pied-à-terre for your family vacation. You'll enjoy spending time both indoors and outdoors, thanks to the large terrace and landscaped garden.

First floor:
- A room with two single beds (90x140) and a TV corner with low sofa.

Sekoya Villa is located on the same plot as Sekoya Lodge and Sekoya Sundeck, which are also available for rent (see photo plan).

WELCOME
- Arrivals are from 4:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am.
- On arrival, you will be personally greeted by a member of the Guest ADOM team, who will hand you the keys to your accommodation and ensure that your stay runs smoothly.

CLEANING AND SERVICES

For your convenience, we have set up a cleaning fee. This includes cleaning of your accommodation on departure.
- Bed linen and bath towels are included in the booking price.
- Professional cleaning of accommodation on departure.
- Hygiene according to current standards with Covid 19.
Extra cleaning available on request (extra charge) as well as other services on request such as: shopping deliveries, airport transfers....
